My name is Amanda Daniel Monroe (she/her) and I am a career coach and people strategist based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

After earning my Master's in Applied Social Psychology, where I studied implicit bias and group dynamics in decision-making, I moved into the field of Human Resources (HR). Over the most recent decade, I have worked in multiple different roles as an HR and DEI strategist- from a generalist, project manager, consultant, and Head of People, Culture, and Belonging.

I became skilled in diverse HR and DEI initiatives spanning performance management, talent optimization, strategic planning, and change management. I also earned my HR professional credentials and PMP during this period in my career.

Throughout every systemic rollout, I found my true impact in the one-on-one partnerships with employees and managers navigating the change. I especially leaned in to opportunities to coach managers on leading with empathy and being more inclusive and intentional leaders for their teams.

My Approach

My approach is informed by my background in psychology, systems design, career experience, and my own lived experience as an employee and leader. I partner with folks to help them understand their mindsets and motivations that drive their work and help them translate that to a career that brings them fulfillment.

As an autistic professional, I am also acutely aware of the invisible ways in which our workplaces can be even more complex, having to navigate executive functioning, power dynamics, and expectations that don't align with our own neurology.

My mission is to partner with folks to align their careers and values, ensuring that they can show up to work with integrity and humanity.
